Nicole Rusnak is the Director of Green Key Professional Support. She has been a part of the team for nearly half a decade now.
As the Director of our Professional Support division, Rusnak oversees experienced recruiters who have a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its needs. She helps to maintain exclusive relationships with organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 100 companies.
We interviewed Rusnak about her recruiting journey and experience with the administrative job search.
What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?
My mom was in recruitment! I was almost born to do it. I joined and loved being in recruitment because no day is ever the same. We get to work with such a large variety of clients, candidates, and industries. I am a competitive person, and working in a sales environment is an exciting challenge.
What sets Green Key apart from other recruiting firms?
Green Key is different from other firms for a variety of reasons. One of the most important is they care about their employees, invest in employees’ success, and show recognition for their teams’ and individuals’ hard work.
Where has Green Key provided service that is hard to match in an internal hiring team?
