As a recruiter on the Pharma team, Carson Perrero is dedicated to helping professionals land their perfect job. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management & Operations, he joined Green Key in June of 2020.

What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?
Connecting with someone new everyday and learning what drove them to where they are now!
What sets Green Key apart from other recruiting firms?
Green Key is very connected in every aspect. No egos at all. Everyone is driving to be successful together as one team.
Where has the Pharma team provided service that is hard to match from an internal hiring team?
Insights in the market I have not taken into account prior to Green Key. Also, specific recruiting processes I had not known to do prior!
