#WeAreGreenKey: Spotlight on Kelsey Kirk

Welcome back to #WeAreGreenKey, where we shine a spotlight on the people behind our powerhouse recruiting team.

In the year’s final installment, we catch up with Kelsey Kirk, a recruiter on Green Key’s Professional Support team in Rockville, Maryland. Kirk joined Green Key in September 2020 with a couple years of recruiting experience already in tow. She graduated Salisbury University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.

Kirk opened up about her inspiration to work in recruiting, as well as her motivation to achieve success here at Green Key.

What inspired you to pursue a career in recruitment?

Recruitment requires deep relationship building and human connection with many different people. Helping candidates navigate important decisions about life and work can be a delicate balance, but positively impacting a candidate’s life and career goals is the reason I got into recruiting.

What sets Green Key apart from other recruiting firms?

I joined Green Key because of the genuine, hard-working people I get to work with every day. My co-workers amaze me every day proving how helpful, thoughtful and hardworking they are, encouraging me to be a better person and employee.
