VP of Business Development

Duties: 

• Design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals 
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and advocacy, as well as needs, and deliverables that will expand mission impact and organizational growth 
• Oversee staff management & mentorship 
• Develop and lead a culture of donor-centered philanthropy 
• Oversee and maintain department Infrastructure 
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to provide organizational leadership, planning, and strategy 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 10+ years’ experience working in a similar role and field 
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff 
• Proven track record of developing revenue growth 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
