- Administer cloud services, including Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Define and execute IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and standards to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining smooth operations and recovery capabilities.
- Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
- Manage cybersecurity roadmap and disaster recovery planning for critical systems and infrastructure.
- Provide escalation support for end-user computing issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Administer cloud services and applications, including Office 365 and Dynamics 365.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance IT capabilities and efficiency.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management; 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in systems administration, network management, and cloud services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing and mentoring IT professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, VMware, and networking protocols.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes.
- Experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus.
