Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; RN license in the state of employment or compact.

- Preferred 4 years of experience in post-acute nursing, including home health and rehabilitation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.
- Experience with value-based care programs or utilization management preferred.
- Proficiency in process improvement and project management advantageous.
- Familiarity with EPIC systems and healthcare technology solutions beneficial.
