Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to clinical and utilization standards.
- Monitor and improve quality and safety of patient care practices and services.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to address patient care and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Nursing Practice Act and TJC standards.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet patient care demands and operational goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of three years of clinical healthcare experience; five years preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with strong mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
- Ability to manage operations within a 24/7 ICU environment effectively.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality improvement processes.
