Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and manage sales of physical and electronic security products for financial institutions and commercial clients.
  • Build and nurture a strong client base within assigned territory, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs thoroughly to provide tailored solutions that meet their security requirements effectively.
  • Engage in proactive business development to expand the client portfolio and increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  • Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and oversee project implementations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations, ensuring ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in security or commercial products.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product features and benefits to clients.
  • High energy level, positive attitude, and a sense of urgency in achieving goals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region as required.
  • Knowledge of physical and electronic security products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including criminal background, driver’s record, and drug tests.
