Job Description

Overview

  • Support HR team by documenting, analyzing, and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop process flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs using tools like Visio or Smartdraw.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to validate process accuracy and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Create and maintain a standardized HR process library for easy reference.
  • Ensure alignment of process documentation with system configurations and business rules.
  • Facilitate process review sessions and gather input from subject matter experts.
  • Track implementation of recommendations and measure impact post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Document end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Develop visual representations of workflows and procedures using specialized software.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate and efficient process documentation.
  • Identify redundancies and recommend improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of HR processes with version control.
  • Align documentation with system configurations and business rules.
  • Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to validate process changes.
  • Monitor implementation of process improvements and assess their effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process documentation or operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Smartdraw.
  • Workday experience required; familiarity with Ivanti CRM is a plus.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Ability to translate complex procedures into actionable process improvements.
