Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in home health care or related healthcare programs.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Physician, or equivalent certification.
- Completion of required Administrator training modules as per state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate business management, and patient care standards.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
