Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Automate accounting processes using AI and analytics tools for enhanced efficiency.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries and analyses.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including systems implementations and policy development.
- Conduct technical accounting research and document transactional memos.
- Enhance product-level profitability analysis through collaboration with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and implement key controls for scalability.
- Manage and develop efficient audit processes and relationships with audit functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including public and private sectors.
- Proficiency in US GAAP, internal controls, and technical accounting research.
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inventory and intercompany accounting preferred.
