Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate estimations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimation activities and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages and presentations for clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all estimation activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation or project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of current market trends and material costs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with ESOP and its application in construction projects.
