Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, providing proactive advice on investment, estate, and tax planning needs.
  • Coordinate client strategies with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Design and implement advanced wealth transfer, liquidity, and tax mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to optimize client financial outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities for firm growth and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree with a strong academic background in finance or related fields.
  • 8-10+ years of wealth management experience, including 5+ years in client leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex estate and tax planning strategies.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor team members effectively.
  • Track record of developing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Preferred certifications: JD, CPA, or CFP with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week and travel as needed.
