Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare and review quarterly investor reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel and programming tools.
- Develop marketing materials, including performance updates and track records.
- Respond to ad hoc investor inquiries with detailed and insightful analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and communication.
- Monitor and calculate performance metrics for portfolio companies and investments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in private credit, hedge funds, or financial institutions.
- Proficiency in performance metrics calculation and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, or VBA programming.
- Strong academic track record demonstrated by SAT scores and GPA.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- CFA certification or willingness to pursue CFA is preferred.
