Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily/mixed-use construction projects.
- Preferred 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
