Superintendent (Multifamily/Mixed-Use Projects)

Overview

• Lead multifamily and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve strategic goals and impactful designs.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure smooth construction operations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement project schedules for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams effectively.
• Review and approve construction plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily/mixed-use construction projects.
• Preferred 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
