Overview

  • Support legal operations for a leading real estate management firm with a focus on litigation, leasing, and landlord/tenant matters.
  • Collaborate closely with General Counsel and legal team on diverse real estate legal issues.
  • Utilize strong research, writing, and communication skills to deliver high-quality legal documentation and analysis.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in litigation processes, including document preparation and case management.
  • Handle commercial leasing tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy in agreements.
  • Manage landlord/tenant matters, providing legal support and resolution strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and compliance efforts.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative law and transactional needs.
  • Maintain organized records and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide proactive support to the legal team, adapting to evolving priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; legal studies preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, leasing, and real estate law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Fluency in a second language is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Energetic, personable, and self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.
