Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR Business Partner experience, with 5 years in senior-level roles.
- Proficiency in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to build trust with senior management.
- Experience in administering HR programs and effectively linking pay to performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems for efficient HR operations.
