Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization in maternal and child health.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical obstetrical nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist; active RN license in Michigan.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices, clinical consultation, and nursing mentorship.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills; adept at managing multiple projects.
  • Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications required.
  • Experience in research, quality improvement, and healthcare policy development.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds; high mental/visual focus required.
