Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage CEO's correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
- Prepare daily agendas for meetings, tasks, and appointments, managing all calendaring and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the PA on social gatherings, philanthropic events, and family appointments.
- Track project progress, provide updates, and anticipate potential challenges.
- Perform office tasks, including maintaining records and ordering supplies, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Represent the executive in meetings and conferences, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to function effectively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
