Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and expand relationships within vocational markets, focusing on heavy-duty truck parts and repair expertise.
  • Leverage industry connections to identify growth opportunities and deepen account penetration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced tools and CRM systems to optimize pipeline efficiency.
  • Conduct onsite visits to understand customer workflows and challenges.
  • Analyze purchasing patterns to recommend stocking programs and efficiencies.
  • Travel extensively to maintain strong customer relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Grow existing vocational accounts by identifying opportunities within established relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions tailored to vocational truck parts and repair operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers and technicians to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Execute account-specific growth plans to increase penetration across product categories.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track account activity and growth initiatives using CRM tools.
  • Leverage engineering support to solve complex fitment or repair challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in vocational truck parts sales or fleet maintenance.
  • Proven success in managing and growing vocational accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and repair processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and meet screening requirements.
  • Preferred experience in vocational repair shops or fleet maintenance operations.
