Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and serve as the subject matter expert for the Leave of Absence and Job Accommodation programs.
- Coordinate compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations alongside internal policies.
- Supervise the Benefits and Leave Administrator to ensure efficient benefits administration.
- Oversee the administration of health and wellness benefits, including monthly invoicing, compliance, and vendor relationships. Assist in the rollout of new programs.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to enhance benefits communication via various channels, including intranet and webinars.
- Work with HRIS to implement leave configuration changes, preferably using Workday.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, with managerial experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of compliance requirements related to paid leave, ADA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly.
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or S/PHR.
