Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and serve as the subject matter expert for the Leave of Absence and Job Accommodation programs.
  • Coordinate compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations alongside internal policies.
  • Supervise the Benefits and Leave Administrator to ensure efficient benefits administration.
  • Oversee the administration of health and wellness benefits, including monthly invoicing, compliance, and vendor relationships. Assist in the rollout of new programs.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to enhance benefits communication via various channels, including intranet and webinars.
  • Work with HRIS to implement leave configuration changes, preferably using Workday.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance requirements related to paid leave, ADA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or S/PHR.
