Job Description
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for all matters related to HR
- Assist HR with candidate vetting, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Facilitate background checks for new hires
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientations
- Process payroll and assist with employee compensation and benefits
- Maintain employee records, including PTO and sick leaves
- Write and distribute reports on general HR activities
- Support the HR manager with the performance review process
- Assist with exit interviews and paperwork
- Maintains confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Assist with planning of special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2+ years relevant HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
