Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed examination and analysis of emerging tax issues affecting fiduciary and tax-exempt entities.
- Revise and update our comprehensive Tax Management Guides to reflect legislative changes and court rulings.
- Edit and ensure the technical accuracy of contributed content, adjusting for coherence, consistency, and currentness.
- Stay abreast of critical changes in tax law, especially pertaining to fiduciary responsibilities and exemptions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of new tools and digital products aimed at tax professionals.
- Offer expert guidance to internal teams such as sales and customer support, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date tax information.
- Manage and participate in special initiatives to broaden the scope and reach of our tax analytical tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and professional accreditation (J.D. or CPA).
- Advanced tax degree (Tax LL.M. or MST) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of three years of experience with a strong focus on fiduciary taxation and the regulatory environment surrounding tax-exempt entities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex tax analysis with a high level of precision and insight.
- Proficient in communicating complex tax information in a clear and practical manner.
- Ability to engage with multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
