Job Description
Jersey City firm looking for Part-time receptionist for on-going temp assignment. Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm fully on-site.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls
- Meet and greet visitors, hang jackets and offer beverages
- Manage conference rooms schedule
- Ensure the front desk area is regularly cleaned, sanitized, and kept organized
- Support the mailroom team with packages and mail
- Assist Administrative Assistants with backup support for ordering supplies and other projects
Requirements
- Prior front desk experience in a corporate setting
- Associates degree or higher
- Strong skill set with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- Able to update PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Friendly yet professional attitude
