Our client, a law firm in Florham Park NJ is looking for a legal assistant to join their growing organization. This a fully onsite (can perhaps go to 4 days per week in office) in Florham Park NJ.
A well-established law firm in New Jersey is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their litigation team. This full-time position will involve performing various administrative tasks. The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of experience, particularly in litigation. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while interacting with clients and attorneys effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in office software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF.
- Ability to organize files, prepare legal documents, handle legal correspondence, transcribe digital dictation, and coordinate work assignments.
- E-filing experience in New Jersey and New York is a plus.
