Job Description
Title: People & Culture Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Post job openings and internships on the organization's careers page and external platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate the weekly New Employee Orientation.
- Maintain and distribute the weekly Staff Update.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
HR Business Partner Support (40%)
- Manage a variety of business processes in Workday, including approvals and communications.
- Run regular reports to assist with tracking employee statuses (e.g., Limited Term employees, visa renewals, extensions).
- Monitor and flag updates in the weekly Staff Update Report, ensuring correct documentation is filed.
- Organize Staffing Review Committee files for P&C leadership and follow up on missing documentation.
- Prepare monthly confirmation letters and audit events based on Workday updates.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Organizational Development & Training (20%)
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, registration, materials preparation, and catering.
- Provide administrative support for training and OD initiatives, such as maintaining supplies, preparing reports, and supporting large-scale projects like harassment prevention training and engagement surveys.
- Process training-related expenses.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within HR.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software; familiarity with HRIS and Workday is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
