Job Description
Job Duties:
- Work as part of a team of administrative professionals to schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Create documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested.
- Keep track of and upload contracts into the database.
- Provide support to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task
