CT/X-Ray Technologist Position Overview

Join a dynamic healthcare team at a community hospital in Southern Arizona as a CT/X-Ray Technologist. We're seeking a skilled professional to perform diagnostic imaging studies while providing exceptional patient care in a community hospital environment.

• Monday – Wednesday (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
• Thursday – Saturday (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
• Wednesday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
• Thursday – Saturday (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $32 – $35 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (two-year commitment, prorated payback schedule)

Radiology Technologist Key Responsibilities

• Perform interpretive diagnostic studies as ordered by referring physicians/providers
• Maintain highest standards of patient care and safety
• Select appropriate technical factors for optimal radiologic diagnosis
• Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Maintain excellent attendance and positive attitude
• Deliver superior customer service and communication

Radiology Tech Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate from an accredited Radiography program
• Current Arizona MRTBE certification as:
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
  • Certified Computerized Tomography Technologist (CTCT)
• Current ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist (R)
• BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association) by hire date
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT certification as Computed Tomography Technologist (CT)
