Job Description

A law firm in NYC is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing or a related field within professional services. Legal experience preferred.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote

Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: 75K – 85K

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain website content, firm biographies and update all materials as necessary
  • Assist with distribution of firm-wide communications, marketing materials and summaries, including website content, press releases and event updates
  • Manage the firm’s contact database and update/maintain the engagement database
  • Provide reports and analysis, conduct research as needed
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, the marketing team, and various departments
  • Support with pitches and presentations, firm-wide events, and preparing materials as requested
  • Assist with various business development initiatives and firm-wide projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience within a law firm setting ideally
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Independent self-starter and ability to work well with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems; experience with CRM systems
