• Title: Senior RN Director of Emergency Services
• Location: Washington, DC area (DMV)
• Hospital Size: 400 beds, expanding with a $500M project
• ED Volume: ~100,000 annual visits
• Leadership Scope: 150+ staff, including 2 Managers, multiple ANMs, Charge Nurses
• Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer.
• Salary: $161,416 – $214,790 + benefits
