Job Description
Title: Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through digital channels, professional networks, recruitment events, educational institutions, and more
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage interview scheduling, and guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Collaborate with managers to develop structured interview processes and candidate evaluation methods
- Execute background checks, reference checks, and onboarding activities through Workday
- Maintain and update job postings across external employment sites and professional association platforms
- Represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking functions
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, offering insights and best practices throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Sales
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and structured interviewing techniques
- Expertise in internet sourcing, including Boolean search methods
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight travel
- Proficiency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems preferred
