💼 Pay: $38–$46/hour + Full Benefits

🎁 Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On

About the Role

A leading healthcare provider in Central New York seeks an experienced Rad Tech Hospital Supervisor to oversee diagnostic x-ray operations across two modern hospital sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technologist ready to step into leadership and help shape clinical excellence in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for multiple imaging sites
• Manage scheduling, PTO, and staffing for 15–20 technologists
• Ensure imaging protocols, quality, and patient safety standards
• Supervise regulatory readiness (NYSDOH, QA/QC, badge tracking)
• Collaborate with radiologists and leadership on workflows and improvements
• Handle training, onboarding, evaluations, and compliance tracking
• Act as key point of contact for downtime recovery and equipment needs

Qualifications

• NYS Radiologic Technologist License (or eligible)
• ARRT Certification (Required)
• 2–5 years’ diagnostic imaging experience
• Previous leadership or lead tech experience preferred
• Familiar with PACS, CR/DR, and regulatory standards
• Organized, proactive, and team-focused
