Job Description
Title: Client Services Associate
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage new account openings and onboarding process
- Facilitate and track asset transfers and custodial updates
- Resolve day-to-day service requests and client inquiries
- Assist with preparation and delivery of investment proposals
- Collaborate with advisors and internal planning team to prep for client meetings
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client records
- Draft client correspondence and follow-up communications
- Participate in internal meetings and support special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial advisory, brokerage, or investment operations setting
- Prior exposure to client-facing service and/or onboarding in the financial services industry
- Securities or insurance licensing is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; CRM experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work independently
