Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across tax, assurance, and accounting services, providing leadership and technical expertise to both clients and junior staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for client service and a desire to grow with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and review work prepared by staff and senior accountants across tax, audit, and accounting engagements.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns.
  • Lead assurance engagements including audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • Provide strategic accounting and advisory services to clients across various industries.
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay current on industry developments, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • CPA license, or actively pursuing with significant progress.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting, with exposure to tax, audit, and accounting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
