Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Confidential Client)

Greater Indianapolis Area | Full-Time

A leading Indiana-based General Contractor with a strong backlog and reputation for quality delivery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to manage high-impact commercial construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage permitting, scheduling, subcontracting, and on-site coordination
  • Oversee construction administration and maintain clear documentation
  • Monitor budgets, conduct profit projections, and maintain strong cost controls
  • Conduct owner meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and drive project milestones
  • Ensure punch list completion and oversee project closeout activities

Ideal Experience:

  • 4–8 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven success managing medium to large-scale commercial builds
  • Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication
  • Experience in site development and ground-up projects
  • Bonus: Experience with industrial developers, logistics/distribution centers, design/build, and manufacturing or heavy production facilities
