Are you a passionate neonatal nursing leader ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking an exceptional NICU Nurse Manager to lead a 49-bed neonatal intensive care unit at a prestigious Magnet recognized hospital with CCS designation in Southern California.
Position Overview
Lead an advanced 49-bed NICU at one of Southern California's premier tertiary care facilities. You'll oversee daily operations, develop staff, manage quality initiatives, and uphold the reputation for excellence in neonatal care. Work hours are approximately 12pm – 8:30pm, offering a favorable work-life balance.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Current California RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- RNC-NIC certification (or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Strong NICU clinical experience, ideally including Level III NICU experience
- Prior leadership experience in a neonatal care setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
