Hedge Fund Operations Professional

Job Summary: We are looking for a Hedge Fund Operations Professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting all processes across operations. Working directly for the Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement for various asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives).
• Oversee cash and position reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and brokers to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support the onboarding of new funds and products, including the development of operational workflows.
• Maintain and enhance operational procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze reports on operational metrics, performance, and risk exposures.
• Collaborate with other teams, including portfolio management, compliance, and risk management, to support overall fund operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in hedge fund operations or accounting in financial services
• Strong knowledge of various asset classes and their operational processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, trade management systems).
