Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support operations and loan administration activities across a structured credit and bank debt investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reconciliations and portfolio reviews with third-party administrators and trustees
  • Review and validate monthly and quarterly investor reports and cash distributions
  • Track corporate actions across the portfolio and coordinate updates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor deal and warehouse cash positions; calculate and support drawdowns and funding activity
  • Participate in the lifecycle of new credit vehicles including setup, onboarding, and coordination with tax and audit partners
  • Provide operational support for capital markets activity including new issues, resets, and refinancings
  • Assist in running trade compliance scenarios and support portfolio managers with hypothetical trade testing
  • Monitor and reconcile open trades across loans, bonds, and structured equity
  • Collaborate with fund administrators and accounting teams to resolve trade and position breaks
  • Deliver on special projects, reporting, and data analysis as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations at a bank, trustee, fund administrator, or asset manager
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Familiarity with structured finance or syndicated loan products is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Experience with systems such as loan servicing platforms (e.g., Wall Street Office, Markit, or similar) is helpful
  • Knowledge of portfolio reconciliation, trade settlement, and cash management processes
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
