Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the evolution of multiple digital platforms and marketing tools. This role will define product direction, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with user needs and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value and user feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement to guide continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Lead the full product lifecycle for multiple digital platforms, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs.
- Explore and integrate innovative technologies such as AI and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Incorporate SEO best practices into product planning to maximize visibility and performance.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and prototype testing to validate product direction.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation across digital offerings.
Team Leadership:
This role reports directly to executive leadership and will be responsible for building and managing a small product team, including roles such as Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and SEO Specialist. The Product Manager will also serve as the functional lead across departments, influencing workflows and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, backend technologies, and data systems is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree or certification in Product Management or UX is a plus.
