Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced application integration engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise software across end-user environments. This role will play a key part in delivering seamless application experiences, supporting endpoint platforms, and contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration and lifecycle of enterprise applications across desktop and virtual environments.
• Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot software deployments to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Lead technical efforts in application packaging, testing, and deployment for both local and cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application issues and implement updates.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline application delivery and support.
• Provide advanced support for escalated incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving new technology rollouts and system enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
• Assist in defining the roadmap for end-user computing technologies and application strategies.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in Windows 10/11 environments and enterprise-level troubleshooting.
• Strong background in managing productivity and legal/business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Office add-ins, and browser configurations.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL for automation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as Citrix and VMware.
• Experience with user profile management tools like FsLogix or Ivanti.
• Ability to document technical processes and conduct structured testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application integration or endpoint engineering.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or systems engineering are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
