Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full compensation review cycle, including data prep, analysis, and follow-ups with business leaders
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and recruiters on compensation benchmarking and offer strategy
  • Own market pricing, job leveling, FLSA reviews, and compensation structure analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance
  • Analyze compensation data to derive insights and guide decision-making at the organizational level
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining and improving compensation workflows within the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Review and audit compensation programs for equity, internal alignment, and legal compliance
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and OKRs related to Total Rewards initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of compensation experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret complex compensation data
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting both talent acquisition and HR partners
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
