Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full compensation review cycle, including data prep, analysis, and follow-ups with business leaders
- Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and recruiters on compensation benchmarking and offer strategy
- Own market pricing, job leveling, FLSA reviews, and compensation structure analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Analyze compensation data to derive insights and guide decision-making at the organizational level
- Partner closely with Total Rewards leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with maintaining and improving compensation workflows within the HRIS system (Workday)
- Review and audit compensation programs for equity, internal alignment, and legal compliance
- Collaborate on strategic planning and OKRs related to Total Rewards initiatives
Requirements:
- 4+ years of compensation experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret complex compensation data
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving business needs
- Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting both talent acquisition and HR partners
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus
