Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team to address all client calls and emails promptly.
- Provide requested information or direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
- Operations and Transactions:
- Manage client account transactions, including processing deposits and withdrawals.
- Acknowledge client requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and review daily transaction reports.
- Assist in the preparation and review of month-end and quarter-end payments.
- Team Support:
- Offer support to the Institutional Relationships and Finance & Administration Teams.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Professional Experience:
o 5-10 years of exemplary experience in customer or client services.
o Proven knowledge and experience in financial and investment services.
3. Communication Skills:
o Superior written and oral communication abilities.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Strong capability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects and priorities.
5. Self-Motivation:
o Highly self-driven and capable of thriving in a hybrid work environment with regular use of communication technology.
6. Technical Proficiency:
o Expertise in using Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
