Position Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Account Executive to join their remote sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, cultivating new business relationships, and expanding the company's presence within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in real estate or proptech.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate accounts and oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to close mid-sized deals and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology and business models
- Proficient with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack) and CRM platforms
