Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Account Executive to help scale their sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and has a passion for real estate, SaaS, or both. The Account Executive will be responsible for converting inbound leads, driving outbound outreach, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities via phone, email, and social channels
  • Conduct virtual discovery calls and product demos with prospective clients
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with high attention to detail
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate pricing with real estate brokers, mortgage and lending offices and other similar verticals
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or account executive experience (SaaS, PropTech, or real estate experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and close deals consistently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Based in Los Angeles or surrounding area, with occasional availability for in-person team or client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling software, CRM tools, or solutions to real estate professionals
