Job Title: Project Manager – Light Industrial / Warehouse Construction
Location: Columbus, OH

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead light industrial and warehouse construction projects in the Central Ohio region. This role requires a proven leader who can manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Lead project teams and provide direction to superintendents, assistant project managers, and support staff
- Review and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation
- Maintain project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the job site
- Facilitate job site meetings and coordinate with field leadership to ensure alignment between office and site operations
- Use construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong focus on light industrial, warehouse, or distribution center projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple phases of construction projects with a high level of complexity
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and document control
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
