Job Description
Salary: $75-95k
Hours: 8 am – 5:30 pm
Duties:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support project managers and teams in planning and executing projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings and communications among project stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to projects.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
