Job Description
Title: Junior Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Review and provide preliminary feedback on confidentiality agreements in coordination with attorneys
- Track legal documentation deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Assemble and manage signature page packets for corporate and transactional closings
- Maintain both physical and digital closing binders and ensure organized filing of executed documents
- Assist with executing agreement letters and related investment documentation
- Prepare documentation for domestic and international bank and securities account openings
- Support legal team with ad hoc administrative and operational projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (high academic achievement preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal, financial, or investment-focused organization
- Prior exposure to NDA processing is required; experience with NdaOK is a plus
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
