Position Overview

As a Software Architect, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications within a Microsoft-centric environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our platforms, mentoring developers, and ensuring the reliability and evolution of our systems. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across engineering teams
• Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using .NET and related technologies
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance and uptime
• Lead code reviews, system design sessions, and technical documentation efforts
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Proven experience designing enterprise-level applications
• Strong background in .NET (Core preferred), C#, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js)
• Familiarity with Azure services, including App Services and cloud deployment strategies
• Experience with Elasticsearch, caching strategies, and responsive web design
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and SEO best practices
• Exposure to tools like Kendo UI and HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote Agile environment
