Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance alignment and performance across multiple teams. This role is critical in building scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and delivering data-driven recommendations that accelerate revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will serve as the primary owner of revenue operations platforms—most notably HubSpot—while helping develop performance insights, streamline internal processes, and support strategic initiatives. Core Responsibilities:
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate the current revenue lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable processes to improve execution.
- Tech Stack Oversight: Lead the administration and ongoing development of RevOps tools, primarily HubSpot, ensuring optimal system performance and integration.
- Insight Generation: Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to track team and business performance; turn complex data into actionable intelligence.
- Revenue Planning: Partner with Sales leadership to maintain a clean pipeline, analyze trends, and improve the accuracy of revenue forecasting.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among teams to align goals, ensure data consistency, and drive cohesive strategy execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess sales and marketing performance data, offering insights and solutions to boost conversion and productivity.
- Enablement Support: Identify gaps in process or understanding and support teams with training and improved utilization of tools and insights.
- Strategic Execution: Play a key role in go-to-market planning by offering data-informed recommendations and influencing key business decisions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in a Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations role, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related area.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present meaningful insights.
- Experience with sales pipeline analysis, forecasting, and key performance tracking.
- Skilled in communicating across departments and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying process improvements.
- Background in SaaS or a fast-growing B2B company is preferred.
- Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
