Physician Assistant

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Perform examinations of patients and diagnose injuries/illnesses 
• Prescribe medications and/or administer medication accordingly  
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests 
• Record and maintain the patient medical history and symptoms/progress 
• Provide follow-up care to patients according to guidelines  
• Inform physician of any issues or abnormalities 
• Provide help to the surgeon before/during surgeries 
• Provide documentation for insurance companies 
• Comply with medical care regulations and safety standards 

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Physician Assistant from accredited un 
• NCCPA Certified 
• Active PA state license 
• Active DEA license 
• 1 year of practice preferred 
• Ability to assess and resolve situations 
• Maintain professional demeanor 
• Ability to follow instructions
